Delivery Price:
The freight prices based on business address or non-business address and Regional Areas or Metro Areas, as well as the shipping dimension of the delivery items. We will confirm freight charges after we get quote from freight companies.
Non-Business Address Delivery:
Any shipment that weights over 25kg require to be unloaded by a forklift or fork stacker. If there is no forklift and fork stacker available, then you need book Home Delivery (the truck has a facility to load off the item by itself). Home Delivery will take extra charge. Please contact us if you need deliver to a Non-Business Address.
Redelivery Fee:
Most Carries will charge a redelivery fee if there was no one on site. Any charge raised by this reason will passed onto the customer.

Metro Areas: 2 – 4 Business Days

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@jialift.com.au and we will contact transport company to process an insurance claim.
